Small firms continue to voice the need for more targeted support, clearer guidance, and a dedicated forum to discuss what is working and what is not. In response, CalCPA and the AICPA are partnering to host a Small Firm Roundtable led by Stephanie Otero, CPA, AICPA Vice President of Small Firm Advocacy, and Denise Froemming, CalCPA President and CEO.
This session builds on a similar discussion held in January and will revisit some of the themes raised previously while also exploring additional issues affecting small firms today. Participation in the earlier session is not required. All small firm leaders are welcome to join and share their perspective.
The roundtable will bring together small firm leaders from across California for an open and candid conversation about the realities they face. The goal is to listen, better understand key challenges, identify gaps in support, and gather insights that will help shape future programs, resources, and advocacy efforts.
Your perspective will directly influence how both organizations work together to strengthen and elevate the small firm community.
