I'm Leah Yoneda, founder of the Golden Ginkgo Group. As a coach, I've been trained on how to ask what we call "powerful questions.” It’s one of our primary tools in coaching to evoke change. I’ve discovered this same technique has almost magical results when I’m talking to anyone. This technique works with bosses, direct reports, friends, and even children. It’s not my intent to withhold the secret of this technique, but it works much better if I can explain what it is and how it works.
