· Enhancing your approach to training and developing your people - making them better, faster and stronger, more quickly
Accountability
· Discuss the necessary elements required to create accountability.
· Learn to craft your expectations with greater clarity and less ambiguity.

In-Person
The Leadership Institute course is designed to teach members skills that will make them better leaders and managers. The course is best suited for an audience of approximately 20 participants in order to promote group discussion in an intimate and supportive environment.
Basic
You can register for Leadership Institute in one of two ways:
1) You may register yourself via your CalCPA account. You MUST register for all three (3) sessions at the same time and pay up front.
2) You may contact Member Services who will be provided with a list of attendees. Only those on the list will be allowed to register for this program. You may contact the Member Services Team at (800) 922-5272. There is no wait list available for this event.
If your firm/employee is paying for the cost of the program, you can provide them with a receipt for reimbursement once you have registered and paid.
The administrative fee of $249 ($83 for each session) is required for the program and covers all three events:
$83 for X9991123 (Nov), $83 for X9991223 (Dec) & $83 for X9990124 (Jan) - ($83 x 3 = $249)
