The Future-Ready Firm Accelerator is a six-month, cohort-based leadership program for California CPA firm owners and managing partners who are ready to move beyond hourly billing and build more resilient, outcome-driven practices. Through a curated peer cohort, you'll explore value pricing, subscription models, and the transformation economy — then apply those concepts directly inside your firm between sessions. The program begins with an immersive 1.5-day kickoff at Loew's Coronado Bay Resort (July 27–29), continues with monthly virtual peer learning and coaching, and culminates with a results showcase at CalCPA HQ in Sacramento (December 9–10).

Your registration covers two seats from the same firm, so you and a partner can learn, experiment, and implement together.
