Join us for an in person Management of an Accounting Practice Peer Exchange. We hope to create an opportunity for you to have a free flowing exchange of views on issues of current interest to your firm, a forum to ask questions, and an opportunity to learn from each other.

Possible discussion topics include:

• Staffing compensation (not amounts, just percentage change)
• Non-monetary incentives that have or haven't worked
• Retention/recruiting efforts
• Training, especially for new staff

Due to roundtable format no CPE will be offered.
