Overview
Developed with new CPAs in mind, this interactive course reviews the California Accountancy Act and California Board of Accountancy regulations specific to practicing accounting in California. It also discusses actions that have led to CBA disciplinary action. This program is designed to fulfill the California Board of Accountancy's two-hour regulatory review education requirement.
This course fulfills CBA criteria for initial CPA licensure in California. As of July 1, 2024, it replaces the PETH Exam (Professional Ethics for CPAs).

Mark Frederick Wille
Mark F. Wille graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1977 and received his CPA certificate in 1979. Upon completing his education, Wille was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. as an audit and tax accountant. He later joined one of the largest Southern California commercial real estate brokerage firms as vice president of finance.
