This course explores the principles of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) with a particular focus on the role of Equity in Practice in fostering a culture of fairness, justice, and inclusivity. Participants will learn the importance of creating environments where equal opportunities, access, and resources are provided to individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and circumstances. By understanding the role of equity in addressing historical and systemic barriers, participants will be equipped to promote a more inclusive and equitable society within organizations and communities.
