Attention all estate planning enthusiasts! The Federal Estate Tax Exemption is scheduled to sunset on December 31, 2025. As of January 1, 2026, the current lifetime estate and gift tax exemption of $12.06 million for 2022 ($12.92 million for 2023) will be cut in half, and adjusted for inflation, unless Congress takes further action. Are you prepared for these upcoming changes? If not, join us for a thought-provoking talk on estate planning strategies that you should be discussing with your clients as soon as possible. Our speaker will cover a range of topics, from trust planning and gifting strategies to asset protection and tax optimization. We will begin this discussion by having attendees provide input on the top three current issues that they are seeing in their practice as it relates to estates, gifts and trust tax issues.
This will be a virtual discussion for you to bring up all your questions, thoughts and concerns to all those in the group with all other professionals in the field. No CPE is offered for this discussion.
