In this course, you’ll construct a complete, multi-schedule financial model incorporating operational drivers, working capital, depreciation, tax schedules, and an unlevered free cash flow build. You’ll calculate and apply WACC, estimate terminal value using both the perpetuity and multiple methods, and evaluate valuation outputs through scenario testing and sensitivity analysis. The course concludes with presenting results through a clear valuation dashboard that communicates key assumptions and insights effectively.
