Join the Committee on Taxation for this two-part Collective Learning event regarding the OBBBA.
The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), P.L. 119-21, was enacted July 4, 2025. The Act is a major achievement for the Trump administration, fulfilling President Trump's campaign promise to extend most of the tax cuts in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and initiating some other tax benefits. To help alert tax advisors about matters requiring immediate attention, Michael Gray, CPA will summarize highlights of provisions that are effective in 2025 in Part 1 (9/23/25). Part 2 (9/30/25) will address provisions effective after 2025.
